With the years this tradition has evolved but my parents kept the tradition. Every weekend they would go to Bandabou.

I remember living in Curacao and that would be my mom’s habit every morning. Although the coffee smelled amazing in de morning, I could never get myself to drinking it and liking it.

So I have been asked for the longest time to do a recipe on ‘lomito’. I didn’t really research or tested much but I do have a couple of favorite ‘lomito’, including my own spin on ‘lomito'.
